One question we get from almost every new client sourcing custom printed non woven bags: “How does my logo actually get onto the bag?” Here’s the process we follow at Shiva PolyFab, start to finish.
Step 1: Share Your Design (or Let Us Build One)
You send us your logo, brand colours, and any text you want on the bag. If you don’t have a print-ready design, our in-house design team builds one from scratch — this is included, not a separate charge.
Step 2: We Confirm Bag Specs
Before printing, we lock in size, GSM (fabric thickness), handle style (D-cut, loop handle, box bag), and whether you want plain non-woven or BOPP non woven laminated bags for a glossier, more durable finish.
Step 3: Screen or Offset Printing
For non-woven bags with custom logo printing, we typically use screen printing for 1-3 colour logos (most cost-effective for bulk orders) or offset/flexo printing for detailed, multi-colour designs. Each method affects per-piece cost, so we’ll recommend based on your design complexity and order size.
Step 4: Sample Approval
Before any bulk production run, you get a physical sample kit (30-35 pieces) with your actual logo printed on it — not a digital mockup. This is where most manufacturers cut corners; we don’t, because a bag that looks right on screen doesn’t always look right in hand.
Step 5: Bulk Production & Dispatch
Once you approve the sample, we move to bulk production. Standard turnaround is a few days for local Punjab orders, and we now dispatch pan-India within 4-6 days of approval.
What Affects Logo Print Quality
- Material — laminated non-woven bags hold sharper, longer-lasting prints than unlaminated ones.
- Number of colours — more colours generally means offset/digital printing rather than screen printing.
- Logo detail — fine text or gradients need higher-resolution printing methods; simple logos print cleanly with any method.
